With windows facing the beach and balcony doors opening up onto the kitchen veranda, this large room with en suite bathroom and shower is equipped with a pair of King singles that can also be joined to form a huge double bed.

In addition to a small fridge it also contains a large flat screen TV with satellite reception.

The pool bar offers you the opportunity for cool drinks and fun nights by the pool.

Irini Studio

The 30sqm studio is situated on the lower level of the villa and accessed via an external staircase from the kitchen veranda. It can accommodate up to 4 people, with any combination of single and/or double beds, while the private patio offers you a relaxing space for daydreaming or star gazing moments.

It is equipped with a large flat screen smart TV, a small fridge and a bathroom with shower.

Sea View Rooms

The details of the décor create a warming atmosphere while the veranda with a sea view to the island of Spetses, beckons you to sit, relax and enjoy days and nights gazing at the horizon.

While one of the rooms is equipped with a fixed stone King size double bed, the other can be set up with either 2 single beds or a King size double. A small kitchenette with fridge is available in the private hallway outside the bedrooms.

Garden View Rooms

The sublime view of the evergreen garden will capture your heart, while the cozy décor makes you feel right at home and creates a relaxing atmosphere.
